Schön, aber verbesserungsbedürftig
Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit guter Grundausstattung (beispielsweise durch Insektenschutzgitter, Sauna, Kamin), saubere und schöne Bäder.
Unvollständiges sowie beschädigtes Geschirr, schlechter Reinigungszustand (große Glasscherben unter dem Sofa, "Wollmäuse" unter den Betten, Spinnenweben im Treppenhaus und den Schlafzimmern) - der Preis von 120 Euro für die Endreinigung ist somit nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Strandkorb ist wenig komfortabel und durch Laub und Spinnenweben in keinem guten Zustand. Der Treppenaufgang weist bereits jetzt Macken und Flecken an den Wänden auf. Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im ca. 2 qm großen Schuppen, da durch Grill und weiteres Gartenmobiliar belegt. Längsseitig schrägliegende PKW-Stellfläche ist unkomfortabel.
