About this house rental

A short distance from sailing, windsurfing, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Hangar 10 is an easy 6-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 31-minute drive to Usedom Nature Park.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1238-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and DVD player.

As you settle into this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, toilet paper, and soap. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter.

Das Recht neue Ferienhaus bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Jeden Morgen kommt ein Bäckerwagen ins Fischerdorf. Die Gaststätte Der rote Baron liegt keine 5 min. Fußweg vom Haus entfernt in Ri htung Flughafen Heringsdorf. Ansonsten ist man auf das Auto oder Fahrrad angewiesen zu Ostsee hin. Das Fischerdorf liegt am Stettiner Haff.

Liebevoll und sehr modernes Ferienhäuschen. Die Besitzer haben sich sichtlich Mühe beim Bau bis zur Möblierung dieses Hauses gegeben. Es ist idyllisch und charmant und man kann sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Warum es von mir heute keine 5 Sterne gibt, hat nichts mit dem Haus oder der Lage zu tun, denn die Beschreibung in der Anzeige entspricht genau den Gegebenheiten. Wer keine Probleme mit Geräuschen hat, über ein Auto verfügt und auf die frischen Brötchen zum Frühstück verzichten kann, ist hier genau richtig. Die einzige Ergänzung, die ich im Beschreibungstext anbringen würde ist, dass es trotz der Lage am See keine Möglichkeit gibt zum Wasser zu gelangen. Dazu muss man in den nächsten Ort fahren. Für mich bzw. uns war der Aufenthalt öfter eine Herausforderung, da ich unter Migräne leide. Das Häuschen befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet und ab kurz nach 7 Uhr morgens wurde man vom Bagger und der Geräusche schweren Geräts geweckt. Diese Bau-Geräusch-Kulisse hielt in der Regel bis 16 Uhr an und wird wohl noch bis Anfang 2023 andauern. Im Haus befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer die Wärmepumpe, die in den kalten Tagen ständig und in regelmäßigen Abständen dröhnt und sich damit mit einem brummenden Kühlschrank abwechselt. Wir waren im Frühjahr dort, vermutlich ist das in den warmen Sommermonaten kein Problem. Für mich gab es daher leider nicht viel Erholung und ich habe es zu Hause deutlich ruhiger.

Das Haus ist echt gut. Es hat alles was man braucht. Jedoch ist dir Lage schlecht. Es gibt keine fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Strand, Restaurants. Alles kann nur mit Pkw erreicht werden.
