This beautiful 3600 sq foot retreat is ideally located and conveniently close to everything awesome in the OC, with easy access to all major freeways so you can get to where you are going with ease.
This suburban art inspired tropical retreat is a pristine and well-appointed city of Orange residnece with all the finer pleasures included. Pet friendly with a relaxed venue, peaceful hues and artistic decor merge with functionality and attention to detail. With everything you need to achieve a ‘high value’ Southern California experie for you and your family, furry or human or both!
Charmingly designed and eclectically decorated with discerning accommodation, complete with luxurious essentials, this easy flow and stylistic unit fits even the most gregarious and picky of families.
You are also welcome to venture beyond your exclusive private deck and patio and enjoy the main house tropical backyard with tropical gardens, fruit trees, gas fire pit and seating, Jacuzzi/spa with a outdoor flat screen TV with a view of the fountain area. (These are non-exclusive areas that are also used by the owners and their pets but usually we stay clear of these shared use areas when we have guests) Our Furry guests (your furry family) is welcome to accompany you when you are enjoying the main backyard areas, and we encourage our furry friends (and their owners) enjoy a cocktail in the hot tub while watching their favorite shows on the outdoor flat screen TV or observing all the birds and wild life that frequent the lush property. W e are right around the corner (literally) from Yorba Park, an off leash dog
Retreat Detail: Rooms all have hardwood floors, bathroom is marble and tile with granite countertop. Kitchenette countertop is granite, floor tile w/ oak eating bar. Guest home boasts crown moldings, wains coating in balcony room, 6 panel doors, 6 inch floor trim, and floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes with built in closet organizers. There is air conditioning and heat, and ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. The French doors have disappearing screens.
And ..... an off leash dog park YORBA PARK which is only a 1/4 mile away!
