About this house rental
Stay in your private “resort” away from the crowds. A unique light-filled, Santa Barbara style home just 2.5 miles from Atlantic Avenue, Delray and the beach. It sits on a corner lot with circular driveway.
Fully redecorated in November 2023.
This home is blessed with space--lots of it to accommodate any large group, families or adults. Enjoy a 20x40 heated salt-water pool and lucious hot tub.
The luxurious master suite is complete with large master bath. This home has plenty of sunlight, a working fireplace, open kitchen/great room, library, a loft and a lower level with 3 more bedrooms (two kings and a queen) and 2 more full bathrooms. Fabulous outdoor entertainment area and fenced-in grassy backyard features a heated 40 x 20 foot lighted an heated pool.

This was our fourth stay at this house, and it was just a wonderful as the first time. With a family of seven, we have plenty of room to hang out together, or take some personal time, as needed. We are a family of swimmers and make good use of the heated pool and hot tub.

Location was convenient for our group of 7 people. Having the onsite heated pool was amazing for lounging in the afternoons. Plenty of space for everyone in the house. Replies from host during our stay were prompt. Would recommend this location to others!

This entire property was beautiful, in a quiet friendly neighborhood, close to beaches, shopping and dining in Boynton Beach/Delray. The house is extremely spacious and sound-proof, beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and outdoor living area was perfect for our family’s needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning someday.

Overall, the house has great potential. Having said that, it was worn & well used. Upon entry, we had to unplug over 6 air fresheners that were obviously masking other scents. Being unable to open any of the screenless, broken windows, made the first 2 days difficult to tolerate. After the overpowering scent dissipated, we did enjoy the outdoor pool & jacuzzi. However, there were only 2 functional lounge chairs, for a house that sleeps 10.
On the positive side, it was spacious & well laid out; a great location & the three zone air conditioning worked well. Additionally, the house was stocked with ample towels, toilet paper, paper products, soaps, shampoos, spices & condiments, which made start-up easy.
Once we accepted the less than pristine appearance of the property, we settled in and enjoyed a great week in Boynton.
