Prime country location less than a mile to Cooperstown All Star Village. This recently upgraded 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath home is set back off of a dead end road on 5 manicured acres and features a heated in-ground swimming pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). All the essentials are provided and there is plenty of space to play, including a large, level yard/field perfect for whiffle ball and other games!! Enjoy an easy 2 minute drive to and from the ballpark - allowing extra time to relax in this private setting with all the comforts of home!

Thanks Ryan for the amazing stay. The pool was a hit for the siblings when we were on a break between games at ASV. The house is so close to ASV, it made it easy to go back and forth. We even took the kids back to ASV for more pin trading with the week following us because the house was so close…gave them something to do while we packed up.

This property is perfect for any family playing at all star village for baseball games. The kids loved the pool (it was heated and large). The communication with the property owner was excellent. There was a separate area for the kids to hang out downstairs. We will definitely stay again if we visit Cooperstown!

The home was a perfect location for Cooperstown All Star Village to be able to come back and relax between games. You never had to worry about being too far away. The pool was awesome and the set up was just what we needed for the people we had staying at the house. I would highly recommend for a group with multiple families and kids staying for ASV.
