Ocean Gate apartment is located only a two minute walk to the famous world renowned Fistral Beach and a ten/fifteen minute walk into the vibrant town of Newquay full of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.
The apartment sleeps 2, private balcony, secure allocated Parking underground. WIFI.
The space is open plan kitchen, dining and living area leading onto a private balcony which is South facing with plenty of Sun but no sea view.
The kitchen has WM, Microwave and Fridge and Freezer.
The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Wall mounted TV/.DVD
There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The utility room does have a washer/dryer.
Bed Linen and towels are included but not beach towels.
With miles of spectacular beaches and rugged coastline, Newquay is the ideal playground for those seeking water based activities from surfing at the legendary Fistral Beach, to rock climbing and coasteering at the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre.
Those who prefer to keep their feet dry are also spoilt for choice over which beach to relax on, which coastal path to walk or cycle and enjoy the magnificent Cornish scenery.

This lovely apartment is close to Fistral beach.
Great for a couple, there is underground parking and lift to apartment. There are adequate facilities. Very clean and comfortable.
Easy walk into town, around 20 minutes.
Communication with owners was quick and efficient, they answered all our questions.
The flat has a balcony but not overlooking the sea which is a shame but not an issue as you should just get out and about in the area and appreciate the amazing walks and area.
New Year was great, a fantastic firework display in the harbour. Waves to watch forever.
Surfers and swimmers enjoying life.
I would recommend this property.

We loved everything about this property, cleanliness, location, everything we needed in the property, we even had a welcome pack of jab, cream, scones, milk tea we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Did not expect to have building site and demolition site next to us. Fistral beach was more than 2 minutes away down 50 steps. The walk into town took over 20 minutes. We were trapped in the lift for over 2 hours the first day, this apparently was a quite common occurrence. The flat was clean and modern, but you couldn’t have the french doors open for the noise.
