Parnassiko Guest House

We're Americans and travelled to Greece over Christmas, and we wanted to find the best spot to stay during the holiday. This property was perfect! Arachova is a very charming town--close to Delphi, one of the most amazing ancient sites in Greece--and this cabin reflected that charm. Very cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the fireplace! Beds were comfortable, shower was great, kitchen was excellent. Owners were super responsive and helpful, even months out when I had questions about the area and things to do. We weren't sure how Greeks celebrated Christmas, and we found out that they eat out and go shopping! We wanted a more quiet holiday and so bought all sorts of wonderful foods we had never seen before to prepare meals at the cabin. Shops and restaurants were full of friendly helpful people, and even though I think we were the only Americans we felt welcome and right at home. The owners consistently reflected that same sense of hospitality. I researched many places to make sure our my kids would have the best Christmas possible, and I'm so glad we chose the Parnassiko Guest House--the perfect mountain cabin for anytime of the year.

There isn't any parking near the property, but we were able to pull up and unload our baggage upon arrival. We found free parking on the street a short walk away and never had a problem finding a spot after that.

Clean. Well equipped for our needs. very central in the village.

would have been nice to have access to a balcony but only a wish not a need.
