Welcome to Paradise, this is located in a quiet, peaceful and secluded location on the coast with the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.
The apartments have nice views, while protected from the wind and sand. Apartment size is 1700 square foot. The distance to the edge of the sea is 90 feet
It is a 30-minute ride from Punta Cana airport to Costa Uvero by a good and picturesque road

This is a new condo, which is purchased in 2014. Finishing of the condo and purchasing furniture is made with a company, which professionally engaged in the design of interiors.
The balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea, the pool, the beach and coconut palms. Excellent sea views also from the living room and kitchen. There is outdoor furniture on the balcony - sofa with coffee table, dining table and chairs. The balcony is located on the North side. There’s sunshine in the morning and in the evening.
In the living room - 2 comfortable sofas, large flat-screen TV, a music player, coffee table, floor lamp, dining table for 8 people, bar stools.
In a bedroom - king size bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, dresser, mirror, safe, bed linens
In the second bedroom - 2 beds queen size, a wardrobe, night table, dresser, mirror, bed linens.
In the kitchen - dishwasher, gas hob, cooker hood, coffee maker, cooler with hot and cold water, blender, microwave oven, large fridge and freezer, toaster and mini oven, cooking utensils, water and delivery of bottled water at an extra charge,
In utility room - washing and drying machines, iron and Ironing board
3 lavatories. 2 showers. 1 hydro massage bathtub. All bathrooms have large mirrors. Beach towels and bath towels are included
All the windows, front door and the door on the outdoor terrace are equipped with mosquito nets.
Each room contains fans and an individually controlled air conditioning system, allowing you to manage the room temperature.
Guests can use the free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) at the pool area of the complex and in the condo.
There are a large main swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a children's pool. Sunbeds are available at the pool and beach area.
Uvero Alto is one of the most pristine places on the East coast of the Dominican Republic. The condo is very close to the coconut palms at the beach. The beach is quiet and secluded, without crowds of tourists and salesmen, and is away from the hustle and bustle of Bavaro. In Costa Uvero you will not sit side by side with hundreds of other tourists, you do not need to “reserve” the sun loungers in the early morning. Here are all the conditions for relaxation, pleasure and enjoying the sea. This is the perfect place for an early morning jog or walks along the beach. Coral reefs protect a beach from big Atlantic Ocean waves.
The complex has round-the-clock security. Here is a gated community; the area is only available for owners and guests of the apartments.
If you have any questions during your stay in Costa Uvero, you should contact the Manager of the complex Rafael Puello and assistant manager Mary, and other staff. They are always friendly and will help you.
Close to the condo there is a fish restaurant. You should walk to the right from the condo along the seashore. You can find the daily catch of lobsters and fish here. In addition, you can have delicious foods delivered right to your condo.
You can visit different hotels (Hard Rock Hotel, Barcelo Bavaro Palace Deluxe, Iberostar, Occidental Grand, Catalonia Royal, Be Live Grand, Excellence and others) on the system day pass - which gives an opportunity to use all services of the hotel, including restaurants on the system 'all-inclusive'. In Sivory Punta Cana is possible to have lunch or dinner, it is a good restaurant in the hotel and not far from the apartment.
There is a water park Sirenis Aquagames Punta Cana nearby the apartments.
Also, you can go to Dolphin Explorer, Manati Park in Punta Cana.
In Punta Cana, there are supermarkets where you can find things that you might need - National, Iberia, Super Pola, Super Lama. In Higuey there is a large supermarket La Sirena.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, Bavaro Town is a twenty minute drive. There is a great beach in front of the condo and a very well maintained infinity pool and shaded garden area with loungers. The main selling point of this apartment is the balcony with amazing ocean views .
The apartment is very clean and have everything you may need. There is three AC but we never used it, as we could open the balcony door and let in the sea breeze which cooled the apartment.
I dealt with Marcia and she was really helpful and friendly. Any issues were dealt with immediately. He also kindly let us keep the apartment on for half a day at no charge as we had a late flight.
We paid a US$300.00 deposit which was returned with no issues.
The area is very quiet and private, nothing similar as the crowds of the big resorts, that we cross while we were walking and watching the different and spectacular sunsets. We will definitely come back in our next vacation.
