The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, both with built-in closets, two bathrooms (one en suite in the master bedroom), The indoor living area features a modern and spacious open kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious breakfasts or lunches, a dining room, and a living room where you can spend time with family or guests, complete with digital TV, as well as a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

- Cana Bay Beach Club. This spectacular beach club features an infinity pool, beautiful views of the beach, and an à la carte restaurant. Access requires a minimum spend of US$15 Monday through Friday and US$35 on Saturdays and Sundays for adults (with the exception of dates such as New Year’s or Holy Week, when the prepayment price may increase) and US$10 for children—charged in advance as a deposit. This is a better deal than paying for a day pass at a hotel.
Similarly, there are nearby beaches with completely free access, just 10 to 15 minutes away, such as the spectacular Macao Beach (which has a surfing area) or the coral beaches in Bávaro, where you can enjoy delicious, fresh, Dominican-style fried fish as well as a variety of seafood, and also Cortesito Beach, Los Corales Beach, and Bibijagua Beach.

- As required by the residential complex, guests must submit a photo of their passport or driver’s license at least 24 hours before arrival for official guest registration (adults only).
- UTILITY COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. The cost of this service will depend on each guest’s usage during their stay. The approximate cost of electricity is 20 Dominican pesos per kW; payment can be made in cash, via local bank transfer, or through Airbnb (please note that we must add an US$7.00 bank transaction fee to the initial amount when paying through Airbnb).
- We charge a security deposit based on the length of your stay:
- US$100 for stays of 2 to 5 days
- US$200 for stays of 6 to 13 days
- US$250 for stays longer than 2 weeks.
- US$300 for stays up to 3 weeks
- US$400 for stays longer than 3 weeks
This amount must be paid upon arrival in cash or via Airbnb. The deposit will be refunded upon checkout after verifying that there is no damage to the property.

- The Private Beach Club is located 850 meters away on foot and 1 minute by car; a minimum entry fee of US$15 is required Monday through Friday and US$35 on Saturdays and Sundays for adults (except on specific dates when a higher prepayment is required) and US$10 for children, which can be used toward food, beverages, etc. Check-out time from the Beach Club is at 17:00 (5:00pm).
- Before your arrival, we recommend stopping by a supermarket; at your accommodation, you will find drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishes, and body soap. Each guest is responsible for restocking these items.
- Cruiser bicycles are available for rent (including delivery and a helmet), subject to availability. The rental cost depends on the number of days.
- Golf cart rentals are available upon request; the price and availability will depend on the dates and the number of days.
- We can provide a portable baby crib free of charge upon request and subject to availability.
