Note - Unit 312's housekeeper performs rigorous cleaning procedures
and has a robust disinfecting checklist, using CDC-recommended disinfectants.
Come and enjoy your vacation at one of the most desirable condominium complexes on the Emerald Coast. The Crescent has a tropical setting with lush landscaping. There are two pools and a heated hot tub for your enjoyment. The exercise room is well equipped for those who like to work out. The condominium, with only 68 units on 4 floors, has a warm and inviting feel. It is gated for your privacy and security. We also require RFID wristbands, when on property, to be worn for those 12 and over.
When reserving please indicate how many in your party are 12 or over.
After a day of shopping , at the beach or playing golf , you can relax on our balcony and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Our unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bathroom has a granite countertop and a modern tiled shower. The kitchen also has granite counters and is fully equipped including a Keurig and Mr. Coffee for coffee lovers, We have 3 smart TV's . Our furniture is casual and comfortable. The main areas are tiled and the bedrooms have luxury vinyl flooring. No rugs! The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen and we have a sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress in the living room that sleeps 2. We try to update the unit each year with at least one project. For example, we replaced the drapes in the master bedroom and living room, all grout inside and outside was professionally cleaned and a granite topped vanity was added in the 2nd bathroom to replace a pedestal sink. We replaced hallway, kitchen, dining area lights and the ceiling fans in
both bedrooms and in the living room. We also installed luxury vinyl flooring in the bedrooms. The Kichen Aid refrigerator and furniture in the living room and dining area are relatively new.

-Included in your rental fee is a beach set up which includes 2 chairs and an umbrella. You can purchase additional set ups from the beach attendant.--
-Beach Service is available from March 1 to October 31.
-Wireless internet service on site at no cost.
- Parking is first-come, first served. There is no assigned parking and no parking
passes. No Uhauls, trailers, boats, or jet skis are allowed on the Crescent property.
They will be towed at the owner's expense.
-There are active security cameras around the common areas only.
- Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed.
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this condo.
-RFID wristbands must be worn when on property for those 12 and over.
-WHEN RESERVING PLEASE INDICATE HOW MANY IN YOUR PARTY ARE 12 YEARS OR OLDER SO THAT WRISTBANDS CAN BE ARRANGED. THANK YOU.

View was amazing! Condo was clean and spacious enough for all of us. The pool is amazing, and the beach service included with the stay is so nice. Can’t wait to go back!

My family of four had stayed in 4 different units at the Crescent over the years. This unit was great and met our expectations. All experiences -booking, check in & check out- went smoothly. We had a minor issue with a small kitchen appliance. Domenick responded quickly & resolved the problem. Although the weather was not the most cooperative during our visit causing several double red flag beach days, my kids enjoyed playing in the large, beautiful pool. Beach chair service is appreciated. Those guys work hard, tip well! The condo is situated in close proximity to a grocery store, a seafood market, many restaurants & entertainment. We love Miramar Beach! We would not hesitate to book this unit at the Crescent for future trips.

Clean, everything you needed. Property outside was clean as well. Easy access to everything you’d need or want in a beach trip. Will definitely go back next year & stay at same place!
