Welcome to Casa de Lolo – Your Island Getaway
Located in beautiful Key Colony Beach, an exclusive community near Marathon, about 2 hours from Miami or Key West. This 2 bed / 2 bath duplex is the ultimate tropical escape with a tiki hut and balcony that invite you to relax and outdoor dine with your very own grill. The space comfortably sleeps up to 4 plus your pup.
Sleeping arrangements:
--Primary bedroom with a plush king bed and ensuite bathroom
--Guest room with two twin beds (can convert into a king for a couple)
What you’ll love:
--Complimentary membership to the exclusive Cabana Club with private beach access, a saltwater pool, and hot tub. Lolo's tip: order the off menu patty melt for the best burger on the beach.
--Sunset Beach is down the street and where the whole community watches the sunset together every night. You can also get a nice view from the balcony or under the tiki hut.
--Central AC to keep things cool
--Fully equipped kitchen for cooking up island meals
--TVs in the primary bedroom and living room
--High-speed Wi-Fi and cable
--Kayak to explore Key Colony Beach a unique way
--Propane BBQ for grilling on the balcony

Most everything needed for comfortable stay was provided with exception of beach umbrella which is needed if visiting Sombrero Beach. All else was as advertised to include clean rooms and appliances. Enjoyed sitting out on elevated front porch watching people also enjoying life. Host agent was very responsive.

Easy process checking in and property is clean.
Location of property was a big disappointment! During the day the traffic and road noise was incredible for a small key’s location. Nighttime was quiet and pleasant. Not water front - however the is one spot on the property where you can see the canal.
