The cabin was spacious enough our family could spread out. The river views was beautiful too!

The main office number is in Florida and the cabin we rented is in Gatlinburg. Everytime I called I spoke with the Florida office. The problems I had all risen from this. I called to request a late checkin and was told that my cabin had a keyless entry and they would email me a code. Never recieved one. Called again and was told the Gatlinburg office would contact me. Never was contacted. Called a third time when I realized that the app said it had physical keys so that they could tell me where they would be since I needed a late check-in. Was told once again that there's no physical key, I needed a pin that they couldn't give me. Called a fourth time, was transferred to the Gatlinburg office (finally) and was told they would leave the keys and a welcome packet at the office in a designated area. Got to the office at 10pm to pick up my key and it was in a room with a pin code. I called a fifth time to get the pin. No welcome packet, no key was left... Called a sixth time pissed. They said go to the cabin theres a lock box with keys in it and gave me a pin code for it. There was no lock box. See a pattern? 😞 this tike im livid. I call again and am told that I must be overlooking it to keep looking. Its 11 at this point. I have a 3 month old, 6 year old, 7 year old and 10 year old sitting there in the middle of the night in the cold winter temperatures in Gatlinburg looking for a key! When I call back the SEVENTH TIME I tell them that I paid almost $800 for only 2 days at this rental and here it was 12:30 am at this point and they could send a company staff member to me with a key or I want every dime of my money back and I would book a cheap hotel to get my babies out of the cold. They send a girl out who was so nice and helpful. She looked super tired and was woken from bed to come bring me a spare key. Someone stole the keybox from the cabin porch.
