About this house rental

Three bedroom, two bath, third row house. You can easily walk to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Spend the day enjoying the nearby shopping and restaurants. If you do not want to eat out, you can enjoy the full kitchen and outdoor grill to cook a nice meal at home. This property has a cozy living room and sun room for you and your group to hang out at night. There are four cable TVs with DVD players if your group wants to have a movie night after a long day at the beach. For added comfort there are ceiling fans throughout the home.
The square footage of this home is 1,316. Wi-Fi included. Pet Friendly with $200 nonrefundable fee and a 1 dog limit. Must provide proof of current flea medication prior to arrival. NO SMOKING.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Close to the beach and pool. Close to grocery store. Ceiling fans and air vents could use a good cleaning overall all other items seemed spotless. Garbage disposal went out during stay and they responded immediately. Enjoyed the property! Would love to stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented Beachside Drive 26 for last week Sept. Day before arrival, Island Realty advised refrigerator in home needed repair, but another would be in kitchen for use. On arrival, found a mini-fridge with little freezer space & no icemaker as sub for side-by-side w/icemaker pictured. During call, we asked if we could extend stay by day if desired. Rental rep said yes since unit was vacant our departure day. He said let them know up to the day before departure & we could add extra day. Sent email 2 days before rental period to end & requested 1-day extension. Did not receive response. Next day sent 2nd email & received a response that we could not extend because unit was booked. Called Island Realty & spoke to the same rental agent who said we could do this. He advised owners, who were coming in after us, saw the day available and decided to come in early. This created a problem for us as our 2 adult sons were already on road traveling to spend weekend at beach with us. We found it necessary to rent another unit from a different realtor at significant expense & lost beach day moving to another home. The rental is in a great location a short walk to the beach & outdoor shower was nice, lovely sunroom, nice master mattress. As to interior, property needs to be better equipped, especially kitchen, with upgrades. For us, additional appliance in kitchen made it difficult to use dinette. House needs deep clean: the coffee pot was filthy, bathroom & kitchen floors are quite dirty, utensils required good wash before use. Patio furniture too dirty to use. Most, if not all, of the ceiling fan lights are burned out & some of the lamps are as well. Kitchen utensils need upgrade, carving knife capable of peeling fruit/veggies. We were provided limited number of cheap, commercial grade linens for 3-bedroom home, requiring frequent use of washing machine which sounded as if it needed repair. TV service was by satellite rather than cable with relatively limited viewing package. <
