This 15th floor unit has the Living Room and Master Bedroom opening up to your own private balcony with sweeping views of the Gulf of America. This unit includes nine foot ceilings, Granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances with breakfast bar, dining room, living room, terrace with electric grill, Smart Tv's throughout, Non-Shared & secure WIFI is in the unit as well.
The Sterling Breeze property offers a 2000 square foot heated tropical pool and whirlpool spa, state of the art fitness center, fire pit, umbrella and beach chairs service (extra charge), secure covered parking, poolside internet and wine bar, beachside services, wave runners, parasailing, etc. Right on the beach.
The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the Gulf of America and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless appliances. It’s fully stocked with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal or prepare burgers for the grill.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats four at the table with four more at the breakfast bar. It offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade the favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the Gulf.
The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment console contains a Smart TV that is equipped with basic local cable.
The MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath. The room opens up to your private balcony to the Gulf of America and is beautifully and professionally decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. The oversized dresser includes a Smart TV.
The SECOND MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath. The room has a sweeping view of Lullwater Lake, West Bay and Pier Park. The oversized dresser includes a Smart TV.
The BUNK BEDROOM is a kid friendly suite with a set of bunks. There is a dresser for the kid’s clothes and a Smart TV. This bunk BEDROOM is a separate room with a door...not in a hallway!
The unit includes a NEW Washer and Dryer which is conveniently located off the kitchen. There is also an ironing board and iron for your convenience.
Age Requirements - Must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Valid IDs are required at check-in.
Sterling Breeze is also located near Frank Brown Park where many youth athletic tournaments are scheduled throughout the year. Simply go through Pier Park and cross Back Beach Road.
Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PETS are allowed!
Additional 13.5% Florida State/TDC/PCB Tax, and $190 Cleaning Fee.
Sterling Breeze requires payment of a $50 non-refundable registration fee per car. This fee is still applicable if arriving without a car to cover wristbands, and other valuable information.

The view from this balcony is amazing. The unit is clean and has everything you need, even a grill on the balcony that we put to use!

This property was great! It had a great location, very spacious and enough room for everyone! It was very clean and came with lots of extras that we did not expect. I would definitely stay again!

The unit was nice, we loved it. The elevator traffic was horrible! There were times that we would have to wait 30 mins to get on the elevator. We actually walked the stair a few times because of this (and let me be the first to tell you walking to the 15th floor IS HORRIBLE!) over all it was nice just the elevator made the property horrible.
