About this apartment rental
A modern accommodation close to the sea and the Barbarossa beach.
Porto Azzurro center is only 15 minutes walk along the coastal path.
You can reach it also walking along the main street ... less stunning but nearest!
The apartment is approximately 45 square meters.
It consists of a spacious living room, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.
In the living room there is a sofa that becomes a single bed or double. Suitable for maximum four adults.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning / heating.
Private pergola terrace with table and 4 chairs. Private parking space.
Facilities: hairdryer, TV LCD, coffe maker, electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric iron.
Prices include: water consumption and electricity (air conditioning excluded).
Not included: mandatory final cleaning ( 60€ ).
Note (Jul 10, 2015) :
During the summer season we normally rent one or more whole weeks (check in/checkout on Saturday). Ask before if you are interested in a different period.

L'appartamento è molto carino, perfetto anche per una famiglia di quattro persone. Ha tutto ciò che serve per un gradevole soggiorno. L'ubicazione è appena fuori porto azzurro con relativa tranquillità ma con tutti i servizi necessari a portata di mano. Il proprietario, che ho sentito solo per telefono, è molto gentile. L'incaricata alla gestione dell'appartamento in loco è estremamente gentile e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema dovesse emergere.

Very clean, well-maintained and well-equiped (only constraint: no baking oven) apartment ! Nice view from the terrace. Main road nearby and hearable. Walking distance to not so nice Barbarossa beach. A litte remote from the center with restaurants, shops and super markets.
