About this villa rental
Spacious and beautifully renovated bright, airy Siesta Key villa that comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Brand new air conditioning and ductwork, screened in lanai, flooring, all new decor, painted from top to bottom, new blinds/shades, two new queen beds, new dining and living room furniture, and a 55 inch (smart tv) flatscreen just to mention a few upgrades! Open concept living and dining rooms with screened in lanai. Spacious master suite with two queen beds, as well as a pull out sofa in the family room. All cookware, linens, and towels are provided. Beach amenities including towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler included. Relax and enjoy the heated community pool, bay-front views, and fishing pier. We're a short walk to Crescent Beach and Siesta Beach, as well as to Captain Curt's village (ice cream shop, tiki bar, food market, etc.) Siesta Key Village is just a 5 minute drive (or trolley) away. Our villa in Polynesian Gardens, a private bayside community, embodies "old Florida" charm with winding oaks, towering palm trees, heated pool, and community pier. Come enjoy our little piece of paradise!

Siesta Key has always been a family vacation spot for us. It was our first time staying at Mr. & Mrs. Kiss Villa and it was a true pleasure. Everything was clean, kitchen fully stocked and the home was beautifully decorated. Owners hospitality was professional and there for us from the very beginning to the end ensuring we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back again! 😊
