Beautiful Siesta Beach -- named best beach in America -- is five minutes away. The condo is quiet with a beautiful, peaceful 2nd story lenai overlooking the boating inlet that goes out to the intercoastal waters. If the beach is not your thing, lounge around at the pool!

The unit is recently modernized -- both bathrooms remodeled, tile floors in living area, and in-condo washer / dryer. Two queen beds (new mattresses) and a pull out bed. Your own covered carport parking space. Wireless (just upgraded) Internet. Nice kitchen and dining area. Great place to kick back and unwind when you aren't 'beaching' it. Modern flatscreen tv, upgraded to Xfinity - so your streaming subscriptions should work great on our modern television.

The property is well kept up, and comfortable. Walking distance to the Siesta Key beach. Enjoyed the lanai facing the inlet, birds, fish and an otter to watch. The condo is well stocked! We had a small issue with tv provider, but Ken took care it as fast as possible. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo really was lovely! We did not want for anything. It was quiet and the grounds were beautiful! We enjoyed watching the fish jump in the water from the balcony every morning, seeing rabbits, and listening to all the birds. Very well located on the key with a trolley stop nearby. Great communication from the host and the property manager. Hope to visit again next summer!

We enjoyed our second stay at this rental. Excellent location accross from the #1 Beach in the very nice community of White Sands Village, which has water aerobics, book club, dinner dances. pool and grills. Sarasota attractions including St. Armands Circle, van Wezel Performing Arts Center and Florida Studio Theater are only 20 minutes away. Excellent owners who are easy to communicate with and they are very responsive. Looking forward to more stays in the future.

Everything about our stay was top notch. Walking distance to anything you want from restaurants to entertainment to relaxation. Beach was a quick 5 minute walk across the street. Lanai overlooking the cove was beautiful in the morning. Watched fish jumping and manatees playing. Pool area was clean and the water was perfect temp. Kitchen and condo had anything you needed for everyday living. Washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus. Beach chairs, umbrellas and pool noodles were great to have as well. Desk in 2nd bedroom was big enough for two monitors and a laptop while I teleworked each day. Overall A+ rating and would definitely recommend to others. Owners and property staff were responsive and quick to respond when contacted. Thanks Ann/Ken for sharing your space.
