Our stay (2 couples) at the Kenai Lake House was a perfect ending to our Alaska Adventure! The house was comfortable and have everything we needed. I could have stayed here another week!Sylve was always responsive in answering Alaska questions. We especially appreciate her attention to detail that she gives to her cabin.Peaceful. Picturesque. This place was spectacular! Definitely a highlight of our 10-day Alaska trip with our two adult sons. We lucked out with great weather and were able to fully enjoy the property/grounds/lake access and all of the amenities. Sylve was a very generous host and the property just exudes a special vibe of from the moment you walk through the door. The location was fantastic for all of our outings but honestly we were happy to have a slow day with no outings because the place is perfect for relaxation and becoming centered again. Thanks again!

Sylve’s place is a rare gem - amazing location, clean, and perfectly set up for guests. The lakefront area is a great spot for evening fires and the covered area was perfect for enjoying the view out of the rain. The views are spectacular from the house and lakefront. It is easy to get to other spots on the Kenai peninsula. Fishing, hiking, kayaking are just outside your door. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Bedrooms had great window coverings, which we have found to be lacking in most places. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay

We had a wonderful time at Kenai Lake house.! Our host was so helpful and responsive to our questions. We were very happy to cook in the well stocked kitchen. The views of the lake and mountains were stunning from inside and while walking along the lake. The location was perfect for a base as we explored the area. After our adventurous days we slept deeply in our comfortable beds!
