Newly decorated, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath gem has gorgeous views of both the lake and the hilltops where you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises over Lake Travis and sunsets over the Texas Hill Country, all from your own private balcony.
Tastefully equipped with new décor, this 1,245 square ft. villa is the perfect place to savor the indoors as much as the outdoors. Within this comfortable home away from home, you can benefit from the convenience of a private garage, the fully equipped kitchen (with a Keurig plus standard coffee maker), indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as a BBQ grill for your outdoor living area/dining needs. The covered balcony includes two comfortable seating/dining spaces. The Master Suite offers a Queen bed and a private bath, plus a spacious walk-in closet large enough for the pack-n-play that's also provided. Additional bedrooms include a Queen, a Double and Twin beds, totaling space for seven.
The living space offers a comfortable rocking recliner and reclining sofa, a flat-screen Smart TV and a cozy fireplace! Other items of interest include free WIFI, a small library of DVD's, and a variety of books and games for you and the kids to enjoy.
The charming town of Lago Vista is less than 3 minutes from the Hollows Main Entrance, offering a full grocery store, a pharmacy as well as several tasty options to dine-in or take-out.
The Hollows Resort is the only master planned community on Lake Travis and is the most scenic location on the lake with 1,500 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country surrounded by the clear waters of the premier recreational lake.
From the villa you can access the lake through a beautiful nature trail that leads to a Lake Travis cove next to the Beach Club. Also, the hilltop villas are the highest point of the resort where the Hilltop Smokehouse is located. This is a great place for family gatherings and has covered seating, a large fire pit, grill, smoker, restrooms, and is a wonderful place to watch the sunset.
The Beach Club includes a Grill/Bar, an infinity pool, children's pool, spa pools/hot tub, large smokehouse, fitness center, grills, a sand volleyball court, and access to the lake. And there are 15 miles of hiking trails throughout the resort and meander among the hills and wooded forests down to the lake.
You can launch your boat or personal watercraft at our private boat ramp and store your trailer in a secure area. The full-service Hollows Marina has slips for overnight rental, a fuel dock, and a ships store for your convenience. You can also rent ski or pontoon boats at nearby locations. Lake Travis is a 65-mile-long lake and has many beautiful coves for swimming as well as numerous restaurants, marinas, and services for your days on the water.
