Beautiful lake views of Sandy Creek and Main Basin of Lake Travis, Texas Hill Country, and all complimented by the morning sun. This Villa is 1,440 SF, has three bedrooms, two baths and pet friendly. Located in a quiet area of the HILLTOP, and just a block and a half below the HILLTOP. From this Villa, you can quickly access the walking trails that wind through the entire Hollows Community, or go the other direction to walk down to the Kayak Club and enjoy a beautiful stroll through the woods and over the bridge to observe the natural habitat. A great spot to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and enjoy the peace and quiet. And pets are welcomed. Snowbirds and Winter Texans Welcomed.

We enjoyed our time at the hollows, even in the heat of summer. The air conditioning pumped well, the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the pool.
The villa could do with some minimal updating (some doorknobs were a bit loose/weird and the living room seating wasn’t the most comfortable). None of these things really impacted our stay since we tried to be out and about regularly, but may matter to others.
Bill was a responsive and friendly host. When we realized that the kids bathingsuits were lost in the packing shuffle, he tried to help us find somewhere to replace them. He was also flexible with check-in to help accommodate our flight changes.
Would recommend renting with Bill at the Hollows! Make sure to check out Latte Vista for sandwiches and coffee and Lago Donut. We really enjoyed both local businesses.

The villa is nice and has everything as described. It is quite far from the pool and beach club and the lake was low so there was not access to the lake. We didn't have any issues with that.
The only issue we had was with the downstairs neighbor who definitely ruined the experience for us all weekend.
Friday night, most of my group (8 of us which the villa did sleep comfortably) drove from Houston after work, so they didn't show up until around midnight. One person dropped their suit case off the bed by accident and there was a knock on the door: The daughter of the downstairs neighbor. She informed us that we were being loud and so I reassured her we would not disturb them again.
Around 1230, 6 of the group sat around the kitchen table catching up and winding down to go to bed. We were getting up and down from the table getting food etc. There comes another knock on the door: it is now the neighbor. She informs us that "every time you move a chair it wakes me up". I told her we would be more quiet and move into the living room to prevent this, to which she leans over her walker to tell me that she has a disease and will call 911 the next time she hears a noise.
It ruined the entire vibe of the night, but we all went to our rooms and went to bed.
The next morning, while sitting on the patio drinking coffee, we hear the neighbor outside as well yelling for her cigarettes and talking on the phone loudly telling someone that she was going to call the cops on us -- for what this time, I am not sure.
that night, we sat on the patio again, enjoying the area. It was around 10 PM. One of my friends laughed loudly, and we hear the woman scream downstairs "there is something in the woods! I am calling 911".
My assumption is this isn't the first time this happened to people that rented the unit. It was quite agitating to deal with.
However, I will rent here again, just a different part of the Hollows.
