Gather in the open living room / kitchen area or hang out on our large deck overlooking the Yodeler and Champaign ski hills. From inside, gaze out our large windows as the lights come on on the mountainside. And only minutes to downtown food and fun. Walk to the new Yodeler Lift, Sky High Adventure Park, and Spruce Lake. Close to Double Diamond golf course & pools. . Gas fireplace, cable, blu ray, & free Wi-Fi. Weber grill on the back deck. Got a mountain bike? The trails are in our back yard. Sleeps 10

This was our second time staying at this property. It fits our 3 families of 4 perfectly with room to spare. It's a one minute drive to the slopes! The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking at home and the beds are comfortable. It's so nice to have a dryer for all of our ski clothes and the huge bathtub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back.

Started out terrible with heavy rain! Then had 3 days of great spring skiing!!! Ended with a beautiful morning of skiing and then the pond skimming contest…. Awesome trip! Great house for our group!!! Thank you Vince!!!❤️

Great location at a good price! It’s dated but very clean and well maintained. It has a great open living space and comfortably fit 6 adults and 6 kids! One min drive to the Tannebaum and Yodeler lodges (would have been a bit far to walk with kids and ski gear). Great view of the slopes. Vince was very responsive and great to deal with! We definitely enjoyed our last ski weekend of the season!

The house was great for our group , 3 families with little kids. Plenty of space for the kids to play and great location to the ski hill for group to ski and come back for lunch. Kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms were comfortable for everyone. Definitely would stay here again

Nine of us stayed for a two day/night outing. Our first "snow free" visit to the area. The property and home were outstanding, and exactly as advertised. Tons of parking and very close to the resort and course. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had 12 of us stay at this house. From a 4 year old to us in our 60s. Great place and great location. Very short drive to the slopes and nice view of the slopes. Plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking pans. The driveway is steep with a curve but both days it snowed it was clear by the time we came back from skiing. The house is homey and in good shape and nicely decorated. With little ones we did not want a place to fancy. Also nice touch, fresh flowers on the table. The next time we ski here we will try to get this place again.

I don’t know if I would call it Ski In/Out, but it’s very close. We just drove down, which took about 23 seconds, so it’s not far, but it is accross the road.

Only negative is that this house is up a hill and the driveway itself is really vertical. In heavy snow even the best vehicles had a tough/impossible time getting up. Owner does have a plow service attend to the drives. Otherwise great house for a group, great views, great setup

As advertised, plentiful room and amenities. You can’t beat the location to the slopes, but just a bit to far to walk. Definitely recommend for a weekend ski trip! Great communication with our host Vince, We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful few days at Morningstar. The layout is spacious and the beds were clean. It is not a ski in/out, but about as close as you can get. It was a great place to wake up in and come back to after a day on the slopes. We hope to return.

House is spacious and clean. Location is very quiet yet convenient to Ellicottville and nearby state parks. They had everything we needed in terms of kitchen items, towels, games, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for pre family members wedding at Holiday Valley. Family time, beautiful scenery, awesome 360 outside decks for every time of the day.
