Good access to the beach, but a private access to the beach would be alot better. Great place with a view and easy accommodations without being bothered by the rental makes it a better vacation. We had a Great time and Jacksonville beach is growing on us more and more. Parking was great also.

Just needs it's own private access to the beach

First off I always make sure everything is clean. I bring my own cleaning supplies in case I feel like I need to clean before settling in. I did not have to do this which was amazing! The two flights of stairs was nothing for my friends and I. Place was quiet. I love how close it is to everything. Within 5-15min walking distance of anywhere you need. Beach was an easy 5min walk. Checkin and checkout process was so easy.

There really isn’t anything we didn’t like. Other than the pullout sofa. No way we could have slept on that without back or whole body pain. Bring a topper if you plan to utilize that. We didn’t need it. The sofa itself was comfortable for me to sleep on the last night.

This location is ideal for my family. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The condo's proximity to restaurants and stores is quite convenient. Jacksonville Beach holds a special place in my heart as one of my favorite beaches, where the atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back. The condo was well-maintained, and the staff demonstrated utmost helpfulness, promptly addressing any inquiries I had.

Clearly people had listened to the fact that it needed pots and pans just not utensils in the kitchen. Good ice maker. So there was everything that I needed. The beds and mattresses were wonderful. Bathrooms were small but okay. Lots of closet space.

The stairs were a problem. I somehow missed the fact that there was no elevator in this four level condo. The only view was along the side of building from the balcony. You could not see anything but another condos wall from inside the unit. It was quite noisy Most beach condos include beach chairs which this did not nor did it have beach towels but they did tell you that ahead of time. No easy access to the beach
