Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, two flat screen TV’s, washer/dryer, balcony, and two covered reserved parking spaces.

Was the perfect condo for our family that was visiting . The condo has been beautifully updated and was stocked with everything you could need. Beach access was easy thanks to a neighbor that showed us a short cut. Our only minor complaint was the pool area / seating really needs some updating.

Cozy condo in small complex with everything we needed. Loved being able to walk to several restaurants. Enjoyed long walks on the beach, sitting on the balcony looking at sunrise over the ocean and spending time at the pool.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and well kept. The property itself was comfortable and felt well maintained.We had thought there would be direct beach access, but due to dune restoration, which is obviously no fault of the property owner, we did need to walk to the public access next door to reach the beach.There were just a couple things that could be improved for longer stays. The condo was a bit limited on basic supplies. Each bathroom only had a partial roll of toilet paper on the holder plus one additional roll per bathroom, which wasn’t quite enough for a week.The kitchen trash setup was also a little frustrating. There were three 13-gallon trash bags provided total, but the dual kitchen trash bins themselves were much smaller, so the bags had to be changed before they were actually full. Because of this, the three bags provided for the week really were not enough, and we ended up having to buy additional trash bags. Not a huge issue, just something future guests may want to be aware of.The biggest downside for all four of us was the beds. We understand mattress comfort is subjective, but these were exceptionally firm, hard and difficult to get comfortable on. One person in our group bought a mattress topper from Walmart during the trip, and another ended up buying an air mattress for the week because they struggled sleeping on the beds. Aside from the mattress issue and limited we had a good stay.
