It was okay for a short stay, but I wouldn’t stay there for an extended stay.

The location was perfect

The hot tub never got above 88 degrees so it wasn’t warm enough to use, the handles on the tub in the bedroom upstairs were broken so you couldn’t use that tub.

Nothing, the place was disgusting.

The front banister was broken, someone could have fallen to their death. The pull out couch looked like someone had intercourse on it and it’s never been cleaned. The hot tub and outside the hot tub had human feces on it. They did come and clean out the hot tub the night before we left therefore no one got to enjoy it. A bunk bed was broken and there was a clogged sink. They refused to give partial refund for their nastiness.

Our family vacation was very enjoyable , the property was great

I love the location, the property was beautiful . I loved the keyless entry , it’s better than having to track down a key. All in all it was a wonderful trip

The hot tub was not the cleanest but still enjoyable, the air conditioner had to be kept at 72 do it was just a little warm with over 90 degree temperatures . We did arrive a little early but were unable to check in even offering up pay for the extra time. It’s just hard to judge how soon you will get somewhere , nobody was at the property do it was already cleaned . Check in could be a little more flexible.

I need to speak to the manger because I’m a very unhappy about my stay

At check-in, I found the previous guest's sofa sheets still on the sofa bed. One of the room's TVs was not working, and despite maintenance's efforts to fix it, the issue persisted. The upstairs toilet leaks water onto the floor after flushing. Furthermore, I discovered a plastic container behind the chair in the upstairs room and bugs inhabiting the cabin. The cleanliness and housekeeping were subpar, and I will never book with the company again.

The beauty of the area and all the things you can do and see! Getting to see a bear and her cubs coming down from Anakeesta!

The upkeep on cabin could have been better, it had some wear and tear, small ants/bugs in bathrooms and cobwebs in rafters upstairs.

The perfect size in the perfect spot.

There was plenty of space for my family the view was nice and the facility was clean. It's in a great location close enough and off the path at the same time.

There were large cob webs in the upstairs bedroom, a lot of the outlets through the house didn't work, the downstairs bathroom door is unlevel and jamming when you close it. The TV's are old if you put flat screens on the wall you can eliminate TV stands and make more space.

Family Cabin Stay

We really liked the location. The deck was wonderful to sit out and look into the woods. That is the most wonderful part of the cabin.

The cabin could us updating and maybe a very good deep clean. It was not that the cleaning staff had not cleaned just the cabin needs so many things updated that cleaning staff did best they could. The mattresses had foam covers to try to make them more comfortable but it did not work. Cabinet door was broken under sink when we arrived we had to call management because we had a toddler running around with boards sticking out. Could not do anything but take door off there was still piece of rough wood. The positive of cabin it had a very well stocked kitchen with all the items you need to do all cooking there. I had thought from pictures kitchen and living area that were joined to make larger but not large at all. We had a family of 12 and we could not all be upstairs in kitchen area or deck at same time. I would rate the cabin just fair because I do like location and staff was great to answer any questions at all.
