About this house rental
Main Floor: Living area has wood-burning fire place, an additional small table with seating for four and a 50 inch flat screen TV with DISH and DVD. Kitchen fully equipped...dining area seats ten. The library includes a large sitting area with two couches that could be used as beds. It also has a large wood-burning fire place, a wet bar with mini-fridge, ice maker and sink, also, this room has a table that seats six.
Upstairs: Bedroom #1 has a double bed and recliner. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and a twin bed and recliner. Bedroom #4 is a mini-room with a twin bed. There are two full bathrooms that serve these rooms. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Lower level: Bedroom #1 has two twin size beds. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Bedroom #3 has three twin size beds. This level also includes a game room with a pool table and two couches that can be used as beds and extra refrigerator. There is a full bathroom that servers the lower level. This level has a direct access to the outside.
H/A units both floors. Both floors have vacuums and Swifters. Housekeeping shelving upstairs and downstairs has plenty of extra bedding with each guest having an ample supply of towels, face towels, wash cloths and soap. This house has three full size bathrooms and a powder room on main floor.
Outside: The large screened front porch includes a large sitting area and a picnic table that seats up to ten. The back porch is cozy with seating for one or two.There are lots of trees and grass with plenty of parking for recreational vehicles. (Fee for hooking RV's to electricity.)
It's just 3.5 miles to Wickes where you will find a 24-hour EZ-Mart, Smith's Grocery with Simple Simon and Dollar General. Local cafes include The White House in Wickes and The Light House Drive In two miles north of Wickes. Cove is 11 miles north of Wickes and Smiths is a full size grocery store with a meat market, Dollar General, Scotty's has variety of food, gas, and groceries. Mena is 30 miles north and has WalMart and a movie theater, DeQueen is 25 miles south and also has WalMart and many nice restaurants and other national franchises. Each are over 5000 in population. Lots of festivals and events which are mostly seasonal.

Our family celebrates both Thanksgiving and Christmas over the long Thanksgiving weekend. Faith’s Lodge was absolutely perfect. There was room for all of us to spread out. The teens loved the pool table and nightly tournaments were held. Even though it rained most of the weekend, the screened porch was comfortable and dry. Will definitely visit again.

This was like a time machine back in time of early settlers. Three story log house, solid wood floors, two huge working fireplaces. Big tables for big family meals. Tables for family games. This place is magic. Thank you Faith for sharing such a historical place. I would love the history of it to share with others. It is out in open pasture land and we got to share the Bethlehem star as it rose. Thank you.

Great house for a large number of people wanting to stay under one roof. Cossatot River is a short drive to get to, with rock hiking and jumping into the river.
