You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.

The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet). It is partly shaded by imposing trees. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the hills.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside, and include a sofa and an armchair. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
