Four Seasons resort 4 bedroom villa with ocean views
Nestled into the hillside above the Four Seasons resort, this unique villa enjoys total privacy from everywhere. With the lush jungle on one side and amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, one will feel like they have left the real world behind. This home is unique at the Four Seasons. After extensive renovations, the homeowner has created a more home-like feeling rather than a hotel setting.
Wake each morning to the sounds of birds singing in the trees and cool breezes. Enjoy your morning coffee, prepared by the full time housekeeper, on any of the three private sitting areas. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine while the sun sets right before your eyes. It will take your breath away.
With this Villa you will enjoy each and every amenity the Four Seasons Resort offers. If it`s a relaxing message you are after or dinner delivered to your table, it can all be yours! The Resort offers two of the most magnificent beaches in all of Punta Mita, one family pool, one adults only pool and the magnificent Lazy River. Sip on a Margarita while the river gently moves you through lush vegetation.
Enjoy thirty-six holes of golf on a Jack Nicklaus designed course, featuring the one of a kind, Ocean Green. If it`s tennis you wish then the tennis/golf van will pick you up and deliver you court side. The hotel also offers a fully equipped gym with yoga on the rock overlooking the ocean each morning and a basketball court.
Kids For All Seasons Club is available for the children to take a break from the parents and engage in an arts and crafts activity or a game of soccer from 9-7 each and everyday.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your reservation is confirmed.
Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.
This condo is not suitable for Bachelor or Bachelorette trips or any parties. Minium age is 26 years old. Must submit guest identifiction upon signature of rental contract in order to register guests.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

We stayed a week for spring break (our kids 5, 3 and 2 years, my mother in law and my husband and I). The house was even better than the photos!! Really well done interiors. Spotless. Beautiful view. Beautiful pool and hot tub (both heated perfectly). Master suite and bathroom wonderful with outdoor shower and tub area on one side and fronting the tucked away hot tub on the other. Our cook and maid were the sweetest (make sure to bring cash to tip them and concierge as it can be difficult to take out large sums from the cash machine at the FS). Vallarta Rentals did a great of coordinating all of our arrival/ departure details (transfers, groceries, chef dinners, golf carts, activities, recommendations, reservations for dinners), and was very responsive to our needs. Our kids loved the FS lazy river, tide pools and crabs at manzanilla beach (FS property), the pool at Kapuri beach club (wonderful for kids; the house comes with access to 5 beach clubs in addition to FS!). I was a bit worried about having a pool and young kids, and brought a pool alarm with us. But found that the doors locked securely enough that I did not have to worry at night. We loved the house, and loved the memories we made during our stay. 5 ⭐️💫
