Our entire group had an incredible experience! The property exceeded our expectations and could not have been more perfect! The staff and concierge were the absolute best! We had phenomenal service from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, sweet, and wonderful to work with. Perla was so helpful and insured everything about our stay was amazing. She followed up frequently and provided wonderful service. The home is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location. There was everything we could possibly need and then some. We will definitely be back!

When we first arrived there was an issue with construction noise from the adjacent property. The concierge and management team immediately agreed to move us to another property and had us situated within the hour. They moved our luggage for us and even provided complimentary massages and concierge service and groceries to compensate for the disturbance. I have stayed at numerous properties in Mexico and had concierge service each time and the service provided by this team ranks with the best of them. They made for an incredible stay and I look forward to my next stay with the TripWix team. A special thanks to Mariela!
