We had a great stay here during Coachella. The house is really spacious and worked perfectly for our group with plenty of room to relax and unwind after long festival days. The pool and hot tub were a huge highlight, especially in the evenings.The home itself is well set up with great amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s a bit outside the main shopping areas, but honestly, that added to the experience as it’s in a beautiful, quiet spot with amazing scenery and a much more relaxed vibe.Overall, a really solid place to stay if you’re looking for space, comfort, and a peaceful setting while still being within reach of everything. Would definitely come back.

Phil was great to respond to anything that came up and went above and beyond in some cases. The house is wonderful and felt very much like home.

Loved Phil’s place. The pool was the perfect size for grandkids 8 & 5. Location was good. Extremely well equipped. Will stay next year if available.
