Stayed for a long weekend, was a great house and very enjoyable.

For the most part good. Property manager excellent. There are a few issues with the house that need some maintenance. Vent in hallway needs cleaning, I believe there are filters in the garage for that. The hot tub was very slimy on the sides, and a light in ensuite bathroom does not function so not enough light.

Great locationHand full of little problems that take away from a luxury stay: beverage refrig broken, golf cart in garage used as storage area - very messy, shelf inside cupboard fell - was not fixed. Dishwasher never completed a full cycle - water remained after completion & had to run a 2nd time …. Surround sound states not currently available, outdoor ceiling fan broken, Team was friendly & responded, but it’s not fun to make requests that should be in good operations order.

House was as advertised...however, there were issues with the pool and cleanliness. The property management's company answer to our request to have it taken care of was basically "too bad the pool guy already came on Monday (or whatever day it was)". Mind you we checked in DAYS later so the pool was super dirty. Had to fight with them to come out and clean and had to fight with them on other issues as well.
Again, not to take away from the house which was beautiful, comfortable and as advertised...the home owner did a fabulous job.
