This is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home. All living space is on 1st floor.
Located about 2 blocks (dunes are wide) from a life-guarded beach and 2 blocks to shopping/grocery store area. Our home is located on a street with a bicycle lane and sidewalks & just minutes from golfing and Atlantic City.
The fenced yard is extremely comfortable and spacious. There is a patio with a gas grill and patio furniture. A backyard playhouse with a swing and slide is great for the children. The large, fenced back yard is perfect for relaxation or play.
Inside, guests will enjoy all the comforts of home. There is an eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room, a large sun room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Laundry in garage, dishwasher, bikes, & beach cart are all included in rental.
No pets. No smoking inside the home.
This is a 'house-keeping unit.' Tenant is expected to clean the home before checking out. Cleaning fees are not included in rental, but cleaning service is available at an additional charge. Linens, towels, etc. are not provided.
It is available for rent year-round and we would consider monthly winter rentals.
Upstairs is sometimes occupied by owner. Owner has separate entrance.

Home is very clean and tidy. Bring your own stuff - like bedding, towels and paper goods - they do not have any there. The home is down the block and a walk through the grasses to get to the beach. We drove around the block and parked near the pathway. The area of the beach that is accessible is huge and clean and typically very empty of beach goers which is nice.

The owner and her husband were absolutely phenomenal to make sure our stay was perfect! We had a few short talks with them on where to visit. The house was fantastic. A short walk to the beach and close to everything going on, but out of the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City. We will definitely book next trip to AC!

Rented the house for Memorial Day weekend. Had a great time. A lot of space in the house, and close to a lot of things to do. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as it was described. I loved that you could walk to the beach. One evening we walked to Richman's Ice Cream Company (great food) for supper. The children enjoyed the back yard. Dina was very nice to work with. We would definitely stay here again, in fact the children were talking about 'the next' time on the way home. Great vacation all around! :)
