The Rooney Bin has a spacious floor plan with all the extras that will make a lovely reminder that you are at the beach. There is a picnic area under the house with a table, fan, rocking chairs and two swings to enjoy. Minimum age for renter: 25

The host is wonderful! She answers any questions you have asap. She’s kind and helpful and had fixed an issue before we even left! Loooove the outdoor shower!! Hot and cold for coming back from the beach-helps keep the sand outside! Washer/dryer great downstairs and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable outdoor screened in porch was my favorite!!

Amazing place. The house was super comfy. Screened in porch was a delight. The outdoor shower was an unexpected pleasure. The house even had a bidet! Two blocks from the beach access. Really, it was perfect.

This was my second stay, and I love this house. The house is well equipped and has everything one could need for a fabulous trip. Our favorite spot is definitely the large porch and the sound of the ocean! I would highly recommend this house, and I would absolutely book it again!

The Rooney Bin is complete perfection and has every single thing you need for a disconnect from the real world. Thanks to Patty and her wonderful family for a weekend in paradise. We will be back!
