About this apartment rental
The studio is located on the fourth floor of the new construction "Pavilion" condominiums.
The property is just about two blocks walking distance to Puerto Vallarta´s "Malecon" (board walk).
The main features of the "Pavilion" are its two pools, both with lounging and refreshment areas. One is located on the 5th floor. The second one on the upper deck, 7th floor.
The property is protected by a twenty four (24) hours security guard service and entrance is via electronic code, only.
The studio is furnished with all appliances. So is all beddings, towels, etc. available.
Restaurants, grocery outlets and souvenir/garment establishments are all near-by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this studio. The owner was easy to contact and lovely to deal with. We needed new pillows and they arrived before the day was over! It was perfect for 2 seniors with the lap pool and rooftop pool and kitchen. We hope to be able to stay in the condo again.

I loved this studio it was spacious and just enough for one person or a couple. It is in the heart of romantic zone with all the vibrant nightlife PV has to offer just 2 min walk away. The place was very clean and came with extra soap, some toiletries, and a complimentary bottle of wine! I love the amenities of the building has very nice pulls and jacuzzi and a pretty spacious gym with plenty of work out equipment. Host was nice and responded promptly with answers to my questions

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was very delayed which was problematic in some instances, like requesting a late checkout for example. Inconvenient but not generally a problem. Only have one complaint about the property which will likely affect the likelihood of me renting here again: great pools and well-maintained, but one pool on the fifth floor was a little too cool for comfort and the rooftop pool was so warm that it was uncomfortable.
If you're unlikely to use the pools then I would highly recommend this facility.
