Located on a private street of 8 homes with private beach access just steps away. We are located on the east side of A1A which is rare and means there is no busy road to cross! There is a view of the ocean from the family room and master bedroom. This is a free standing home with a small yard.
The cottage has been remodeled with a modern kitchen and is decorated with coastal flair! Within walking distance are several casual dining restaurants and a craft brew pub. Publix and other shopping and dining options are a very short drive.
No smoking allowed. Small pet friendly with owner approval.

Had a wonderful stay at the cutest beach cottage! Wonderful neighborhood with only 8 cottages/homes with a private beach! Would love to stay here again in the future. Home had all the beach amenities that you could possibly need!

We only got to stay 3 nights at this little oasis on the beach! The home was updated, clean, comfortable furniture, very beach decor. Very quiet neighborhood and a mostly private beach. We chose to go after spring breaks and before school was out for the summer. The kitchen was well stocked with all you might need. Everything you could want in a vacation house.

From the start it was painless, the owners were responsive and helpful, the house was clean and tidy, well decorated with quality furnishings, the neighborhood was great the views were terrific, the entire process was great, and did I say the beach was close! Slept with sound of the surf, what more can you ask for!Janet & DJ
