Your beach vacation begins with this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit without a pool between this building and the beach so you can enjoy the luxury of a full view of the Gulf while still having easy access to all the amenities from Tower 1. Looking for a relaxing Gulf front property and away from the hustle and bustle? You have found your beach vacation at Sandy Key 212. With a spectacular view of the Gulf and easy access to the private balcony, the living area offers upgraded furniture, Smart TV, and plantation shutters. The primary suite features a King size bed, Smart TV, a gorgeous view of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the beach facing balcony, and a walk-in shower in the attached bathroom. Two full-sized beds in the guest bedroom are great for all the children/guests to sleep comfortably with a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen featuring beautiful granite counter-tops and new stainless appliances is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful seafood meal which can be purchased from our local seafood market. The dining room seats 6 at the table and 2 more at the breakfast bar. All units include cable, Wi-Fi, and full size washer and dryer. The property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. No smoking or pets allowed on property please.

This was a very enjoyable visit. Everything was exactly as advertised and the reservation adjustments were made with ease! Great customer service.

Maintenance always came that very day anytime we had a light bulb out or any other minor issue with the condo. Loved to sit out on the balcony and watch the ocean and the dolphins jumping. We did not want to leave after our 8 day stay.

Great property overall, less crowded beach area, very clean. 2nd floor property was perfect for grandparents and children.

There are some things that are frustrating about this unit. First, if you have small children, there is no bathtub(That one could be on me for not catching it in the description, I will know better next time). Next, there are no lights in the closets(Which made finding clothes difficult), but that was not as aggravating, as the fact that when you walk into the bedrooms you find the light switch and flip it and nothing happens. There we no light fixtures in the ceiling and each bedroom had 3 lamps that you had to fumble around in the dark to turn on. Also, the master bedroom mattress is not comfortable at all, and the TV in the master bedroom does not work. Also be prepared to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dish soap(Not the room's fault, more of a sandy key policy thing). With all that being said the room has a great view and balcony, beach access, and pools are great(one is heated). So great location, just skip the room if you have small children.
