Don't miss out on this light, airy, and beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located on the 5th floor in tower 1 with tile throughout. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking a home cooked meal or grabbing some local seafood to bring back, and a dining area that seats 6 at the table and another 2 at the breakfast bar. Living room has NEW light and comfortable furnishings making it easy to relax while listening to the waves crash ashore, there is also a flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. The balcony is set off of the living room with seating for everyone, giving a beautiful view of the Gulf, this view can also be seen from the dining area and kitchen as well! In the master bedroom there is a king size bed, TV, access to the units balcony, and a master bathroom that has a jetted tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and a TV, with a spacious guest bathroom right off of the bedroom that features a shower/tub combo. This unit also offers the use of the owner's storage unit on the bottom level for your beach essentials. All units have a full size washing machine and dryer for your use, cable television, and free Wi-Fi. Please no smoking or pets allowed on property.

Overall, the condo was clean and welcoming. I had to remove a used pod from the Keurig the next morning and we found some false eye lashes attached to the end of the sofa table. Other than that, nothing to complain about. We loved all of the seating options!

It was fine except dont know how was expected to run dishwasher for 4 days with only two pods and same for trash liner. Toilrt ran all the time and big bath did not have a lock. Still gave 5 stars!

This was our first stay in the Perdido Key Area. Our unit was clean and fresh when we arrived. Good space for two adults and 4 young adults/teens. Managed the entire transaction on line and with ease. Directions for checking and checkout as well as parking/pool/beach access were effective/easy. Beautiful beach! Beautiful views from our balcony. Close proximity to places to eat or buy groceries. We even attended Beautiful Catholic Mass at local churches.
