This property is beautifully located with easy ocean access, both a beach and dock for boats. Everything you might need for a relaxing vacation with family or friends is provided in this home.

The kitchen is set up amazingly well with 2 separate sinks and 2 separate dishwashers. This came in very handy since we had a group of 12 adults staying at the property. The pool table is in excellent shape. And the ability to make use of kayaks from the dock was a wonderful added bonus. The sunsets viewed from the deck are truly spectacular!

We loved the property for our annual family gathering. The house was spacious, the kitchen had everything plus for food prep (two sinks, two dishwashers and two fridges!), the view was spectacular and the dock and water access were perfect for our kayak fishers! However, the single beds were small for the tall adult males. All in all, though, we had a terrific experience!

We were a group of 9 cycling girlfriends from Victoria and this house was better than we expected. Having 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect and the living/kitchen space accommodated all of us hanging out together. We never used the 2nd floor TV area (which was large) or the lower living area (also large), but spent all our time either out hiking or enjoying the views from every area of the house. Two dishwashers and sinks meant cleanup was simple. Fantastic 3 nights.

T This group of 8 long-time friends could not have been more pleased with our 3-night stay in this beautiful home perched on the edge of the ocean. The house enhances, and pays tribute, to the naturally stunning views and forested property. Everything you need is supplied from the well-appointed kitchen, to the comfortable beds, to the firewood to create a cozy fire after a cold plunge off the dock! The family’s story is heartwarming and the personal carvings and quilts make the experience complete. We are already planning our next visit!

We had a fabulous time at the property! It was very clean, had a super well-appointed kitchen, and just about very room had a view of the water. The property was so neat, and we were able to spend the majority of time outdoors, be it on the decks or down in the dock. We loved taking out the kayaks, exploring nearby trails, and just had a blast.

This home has absolutely everything you want in a family vacation rental —stunning views, tons of activities and both private and common space for everyone, immaculately maintained, and very well supplied . This is not your average IKEA furnished vacation rental; it’s a well loved multigenerational family home and it really shows. We literally could not gave asked for more. Our group of friends has been renting this property for the past ten years. It has always been perfect for us. Quick drive to the disk golf course, great kitchen set up and lots of room. The last few years the family has put some extra effort Into updating things like the kitchen and bathrooms and it really shows. This year we saw a pod of Orca from the balcony!! Already booked for 2024.

Our family of eight spent a week together at the end of April 2022 in this spacious house, celebrating the life of our husband/father/father-in-law/grandfather. The large kitchen allowed us to cook together. We loved hanging out on the large balcony off the living room that overlooks the ocean. Everyone had their own room, with one to spare. The furniture is comfortable, there are lots of entertainment options including a snooker table, and there are lots of bathrooms - definitely appreciated by our large group. By the end of our trip we were fantasizing about all of us moving to Pender (one of our families lives here already), buying this house, moving in together, and creating family cottage industries and working out of this house. We definitely enjoyed this house and its light atmosphere, which provided the space we needed to process our grief together for someone we dearly loved.
