About this house rental
This country contemporary has been furnished and decorated with a designer's touch with 4000 sq. ft of finished space, ideal for a comfortable year round get away. It is filled with an extensive art collection. Many done by friends of the owner. The house is even more spectacular in person!!
The main level has a hall bath, a great room featuring a fireplace with high ceilings, beautiful mahogany built-ins and mahogany wood floors. The dining room seats 12, has a fireplace and French doors that exit to an over sized deck for outdoor entertaining. The well equipped chef's kitchen has custom cabinetry, a 24" wine cooler, granite counter tops and new high end appliances. In addition, the first floor has a gracious master suite with its own deck. The second level has a master suite containing a king size bed and its own deck and double sink bathroom, an additional master suite with bath, 2 additional guest bedrooms, a den, which can be converted to a 6th bedroom and a full hall bath.
