Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this VRBO. While the property itself was okay, despite a few cleanliness issues; the noise level prevented me from getting much sleep. There was a loud party next door that ran until well after midnight, combined with the fact that the property is right next to the road with motorcycles and other vehicles going by all night it made for an unenjoyable stay.
