About this apartment rental
This designer, one bedroom, incredible apartment on the 11th floor of a modern contemporary Parisian ultra secure building : concierge, security badges for access to elevators.. There are two elevators.
UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE EIFFEL TOWER FROM EACH ROOM!
The Eiffel Tower is a five minutes walk from the building and all transports are also within five minutes walk.
This 55sqm ( 610sqft) apartment, which feels bigger than its actual size , has been gut-renovated in April 2019 using the most luxury materials.
This apartment is very bright and sunny while being extremely quiet and has opened views and great unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower.
This apartment is only available for 2 adults maximum. No sofa bed or anything for additional guests.
You enter in a foyer which opens to the living room as well as an access to the kitchen.
The wooden parquet gives this apartment a cozy feeling.
All furniture and appliances are brand new except for some genuine antique furniture and art which complements the modern look.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a washer and a dryer ( very rare in Paris).Should you fancy to cook the apartment is well equipped as it is my home and I love to cook.
The main bathroom has been renovated with an Italian Shower with a luxurious rain shower head and a double sink . There is an additional half bathroom for convenience.
There is central A/C a rarity in Paris. The A/C system is brand new and very quiet!
This apartment is located close to most tourist attractions and will be your gorgeous suite to rest after a busy day. You can also enjoy real fast internet , two flat screen TVs ( one in the living room one in the bedroom) and a stereo.
This is my home away from home and I hope you will enjoy staying in this apartment as much as I do.
When you step out of the apartment you are five minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, Champs de Mars gardens and Hotel des Invalides. an additional five minutes of walking and you are at the Invalides, Trocadero Musee d'Orsay.
By metro ( also a five minutes walk) you can reach with less than 15 minutes Les Champs Elysées, Le Louvre Museum, Concorde Plaza. You can also easily visit by Metro, the beautiful shopping area of Le Marais (with its sixteenth century buildings) or head up to the bohemian Montmartre area and visit the Sacre Coeur.
Surrounding the apartment, you have the luxury of being able to choose from multiple restaurants, wine bars, cafes, supermarkets, Boulangeries and much more. You will have a truly memorable stay in Paris at this apartment and enjoy this beautiful safe, central trendy and yet quiet location. You will be living as a true Parisian in luxury and comfort!
Finally the apartment has two central A/Cs( one in the living room one in the bedroom) as well as very fast internet. Most apartments in Paris advertising A/C only have portable A/Cs.. This is a brand new central A/C system.

The owner’s representative was very friendly and helpful. The property was delightful and well located close to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and transportation. The view was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet. We would return without hesitation.

This apartment was spectacular on the 11th floor with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. Washer and Dryer was a great addition. Communication with the host was easy and the one issue we had was dealt with in a timely fashion. Would definitely ask to stay again when back in Paris.

Christine & her support staff are amazing. They were available even late at night to solve a minor issue. The unit is exactly as advertised; la Tour Eiffel is right in your face! The arrival process was smooth, information about the unit and the surrounding neighborhood is clearly laid out on the coffee table, two Metro stations and bus stops are just minutes away (tip: buy the xDay RATP pass for your duration) which puts all of Paris within your reach. Bakeries (Boulangerie), Cafés, Brasseries (kind of between a café, a bar and a full restaurant) Grocery stores (Épicerie), and a lot of history are surrounding you at this location. We highly recommend Christine’s place!
