The House of Rural Tourism of Rent complete ¨ El Portal del Cerrato ¨ is located in Pza. Palenzuela nº 3 of Baños de Cerrato, a small town famous for housing the Visigothic Basilica of San Juan de Baños.
Located 11 km from Palencia next to the national 620 Valladolid-Burgos and very close to the train station of Venta de Baños (the "Venta" de Baños was the place where the proceedings were refueled, next to the town of Baños that gave its name to one of the most important stations in Spain)

Estuvimos un fin de semana cuatro familias con niños en el Portal del Cerrato y nos fuimos todos encantados y con ganas de repetir. La casa es muy amplia con habitaciones grandes y cada una con su cuarto de baño. Todo muy limpio. José el propietario nos atendió estupendamente con todo tipo de detalles al recibirnos y pendiente de resolver cualquier duda. La casa cuenta con una jardín maravilloso donde los niños jugaron a sus anchas también zona de barbacoa que aprovechamos encantados. Desde allí se pueden hacer excursiones y visitar muchos sitios.

Estuvimos en El Portal del Cerrato con motivo de una celebración familiar. La casa es muy acogedora y tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable. Los salones son estupendos, así como el enorme jardín con frutales y el hecho de que todas las habitaciones, bien decoradas, cuenten con baño. La cocina con isla central también es muy interesante. Aunque en el pueblo no hay mucho que hacer más allá de visitar la preciosa iglesia visigoda de San Juan de Baños, en las cercanías sí que hay múltiples destinos por visitar. Jose, el propietario, resolvió todas nuestras dudas y nos atendió amablemente. Alojamiento recomendable.
