About this villa rental
1912 – Villa Niagara was built as the premier farm homestead of Grantham district, and the Coachhouse was built for farm help housing and storage.
Today, housing has replaced the farmland but the original home and Coachhouse remain on one property as one of the last original farm homes of that area. The Coach House has been converted into living quarters, now containing 2 cozy one-bedroom units.
Your unit is at ground-floor, and It's a fully self-contained 1-bedroom unit, with a completely separate kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, etc.
We rebuilt this unit from the ground-up to ensure it meets your travelling needs. Your private courtyard off your bedroom will be sure to add relaxation to your stay! It's equipped with a grill/BBQ, outdoor furniture, fire table AND your very own private hot tub! Yes, the hot tub is operational all year round.
There is a completely separate unit upstairs, that has it's own private entrance however it has no access to your private courtyard and hot tub.
You’ll be conveniently central to all the desirable areas in Niagara such as Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, wineries, Port Dalhousie, and close walking distance to Lock 1 of the Welland Canal and the canal trail stretching from Lake Ontario to Lake Erie.
We live in the original farm home to the left of the Coachhouse, and can assist you when required to help you make the most of your vacation.

Our stay at The Coachhouse was delightful. Carl and Sherrie Beyer were very kind and generous hosts. Not only did they voluntarily drive us to Niagara-on-the-Lake to visit the town, they also let us use their bikes and kayaks to explore the gorgeous area. The city of St Catharine’s was easily accessible from their location by bike, whether it be to a church, MJ’s canteen, fast food restaurants, Sunset Beach, or the various biking trails in the area. Overall, we were blessed with beautiful weather and gracious hosts who provided us with a clean and spacious environment complete with a relaxing hot tub.
