This beautiful spacious villa is located in the National Park of Arrábida (serra Sao Fransisco) with views overlooking on one side the Troia/Setubal bay area and on the other side the lisbon coast all the way till the sea , providing a perfect setting for a peaceful vacation, while maintaining easy access to the nearby beaches & vineyards of Azeitao alongside close proximity to the sesimbra and setubal seafood
The villa been decorated with a clean modern feel, with an open plan living room , dining room area. The house is situated on two levels : The entrance floor: The living room/dining room , three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen with a terrace and the second floor : Three bedrooms , two bathrooms, a winecellar, A games/TV room with a pool table , a kitchen ( with indoor bBBQ and a woodoven) and a conservatory The large swimming pool is set amongst a spacious private garden with ample space for relaxation across the sun beds, complemented by a well shaded terrace area for alfresco dining and a scenic setting. Situated between two vineyards ( Quinta de Camarante, Quinta de Alcube), the house is close to the old town of Azeitao, Various beaches and Lisbon is only 25 KM north

The villa was beautiful and we couldn't fault it. Communication with the owner was brilliant and we didn't need for anything.
The views from the property were breath taking and the location was really private.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very secluded, which meant that you could fully immerse yourself in nature. The only little criticism I would have, is that some of the rooms were a bit unclean but I think for the price we paid, it was very acceptable.
All in all, I would recommend this holiday apartment if you like nature and want to enjoy a beautiful view.

Perfect place, perfect view, nice pool.
Bad cleaning, pool area nice, but sun beds and the outdoor furniture old and not good. They need to be replaced.. it would be nice if the pool would be cleaned up more. A lot of leaves and stuff, on the bottom of the pool..

Overall, the stay was great, the host was nice and helpful and the house (inside and outside) was very big and great. However, the condition of the house was not satisfactory and very dirty from the beginning. If the hosts clean the house, I can only recommend the stay
