Beautiful Home On 10 Mile Creek!

This is our second stay and will not be our last. It’s a great location, close to downtown and dining options. The creek behind the house provides for a great ambiance when relaxing on the deck or in the hot tub. And the split level provides a great way for family members to stay together yet still have their own space. Not to mention, the hosts are always quick to reply and everything flowed smoothly!!

Kristen, the owner/Host is absolutely amazing. Communications were flawless. We had all we needed and more. The Hot tub was used every day multiple times per day. If the size of this house suits the size of your party then look no further! The house is amazing. 4 TVs! The lower level is like a hotel Jr suite by itself with a large bed, open area, sitting area with a sectional sofa, fireplace and Tv. Washer and dryer too. The main floor is the kitchen, dining, another sectional sitting area with fireplace and tv. Up a half flight of stairs is a large bedroom with a tv, ceiling fan and a full bath in front of its door. Up the next half flight of stairs is another large bedroom with ceiling fan, tv and full bath. Both upstairs baths have large walk in showers and the lower level is a tub and shower combo! Everything you need is stocked everywhere in every room. We had our son, daughter in law and 2 grandkids join us for New Year’s Eve and we cooked in the kitchen and on the grill out back. Dinner for 7 around the table and played games. The Mountain View’s are indescribable. Pictures do the mountains no justice. Come see it! The river flowing, the bridge to the park the complete environment is fairy tale stuff. Beautiful. We couldn’t have been happier. Best trip we ever had to Colorado. 150 yards or so to the bus stop if you want to use it for skiing. Main Street is at your finger tips. I hope we cross paths with Kristin and her property again someday. We miss it already!

We arrived in Frisco on Christmas Day and stayed the week. This was our 5th trip to Frisco, but first time during the Winter and first time staying in Kristin's place, and we couldn't have been happier! Upon arrival, we had a little trouble with the front door keypad, but we were able to easily get in touch with Kristin and get into the house. She couldn't have been nicer, especially given it was Christmas Day! Ten Mile Creek runs right behind Kristin's place, and the Frisco pathway runs right next to it, with part of the path taking you on a bridge over the creek that takes you to Walter Bryon Park. If you take the path the other direction, it takes you over to Summit Blvd, just across from Lake Dillon. Plus, it's an easy walk over to Main Street. Kristin's place could not have been more convenient! Plus, the mountain views from all directions, were AMAZING!!! Our family of 4 easily fit into the 3 bedroom house, and we could've fit 2 more people without any issue, plus, with all the couches, we could've even fit a few more people if we really wanted to. We highly recommend staying in Kristin's place, and we will definitely be considering her place if it happens to be available this summer.
