Le calme du logement était impressionnant. Pour de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Sur place, tout était pensé pour rendre la vie facile. L'emplacement du logement est aussi formidable, en plein vieux rome, à deux pas de Campo di Fiori et de ses magasins. Parfait pour visiter Rome.

Accident location. Comfortable apartment.

Get in! Big potential to the place. But that what happened: We came four friends for two nights. At the first night there was huge leak from the bathroom at the second floor. All the water dropped harshly to the kitchen and the hall at the first floor(picture attached). We called to Alessia and she said that she very sorry and she will call to the plumber first thing in the morning. I asked her to bring towels because we used all of them to dry the water all over. and toilet paper also. At the morning Alessia brought towels and nothing happened with the leak. I asked her what about the toilet paper and she said that there is enough at the bathrooms!! Although there was only one in each bathroom. She asked us not to use the bathroom and said that she'll compensate us whit the payment! When we were about to leave, i asked her how much we need to pay ( because the demand was to pay cash and leave the money on the table) and she said : free in charge for the big accident and she asked us not to write negative rejection in booking because "unaccpected things like that can happen". I agreed and told her that except from that they must keep more tight on the maintenance of the place. Despite all this we left her 40 € !! on the table for the accommodation. When i came home i found out that my credit card was charged with the full amount of 190€!!. I immediately called her to ask why is that and she told me that she meant that the city taxes are free- 1.5 € each per day. So we paid full +40€ bonus and we couldn't take a shower and all the apartment were flooded. What a disappointment. What a shame.
