Shower drain was clogged, but fixed promptly. Breakfast for 2 couldn't be split with one getting it in the room and the other in the restaurant. Loud disco music in the restaurant of their choice, not mine, but the lake-view room was quieter.

It was a really good experience overall. We have never been to such a resort here in Israel and it was nice to get something diffrent with high standards

The food. It really wasn't the best.. The idea that you order like in a restaurant was cool but the Salomon fish came out smelling really fishy. They switched it for white fish and it was good. I orderd sirloin meat, WELL DONE... it was cold/rear, chewy and had a dry texture to it which was really disappointing...

convenience, the food is very good, staffs i loved them very helpful, kind and courteous, all of them.

None actually!.

the location was great -- closest to kiryat gat which was the location i was trying to get close to! had a beautiful, large suite room with its own private hot-tub and swimming pool. didn't use either -- but they were beautiful! the room was large and comfortable and came with snacks, wine and cheese cake. the robes were old and the room felt a bit tired.
