Apartment was a great place to spend time in and ooommdown on the streets. You can see Notre Dame and much more from out the windows. Would recommend

This three bedroom apartment was perfect for our family, which includes two teens. Literally steps from the Ile de Cite, metro/RER, and a taxi stand, it was easy to get to everything. The surrounding neighborhood is touristy but also has good restaurants, a small grocery store, and several bakeries. The apartment is incredibly quiet considering its location and the views of the Seine are lovely. It is very well appointed, with dishes, appliances, linens, and cleaning products. Although there is only one toilet, it was very nice to have two showers/sinks and a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and 3/4 size fridge. The staff at the restaurant downstairs were so nice and communication with the property manager was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Omissions in advertising are glaring!! Only one toilet-bathrooms ( by definition) US have toilets and showers (or tubs)-so apt didn't really have two bathrooms-also it was a walk-up over a 24/7 open restaurant, the walkup was a narrow circular staircase that was difficult to take luggage up and down and perhaps a fire hazard. The stairwell was totally open to the hallway - very near two bedroom doors-at night particularly one could easily be disoriented and fall into the stairwell. The common rooms were well insulated from the outside noise, but there was consistent rumbling noise in the bedrooms throughout the day and night, We don't know if it was from the restaurant or metro. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes=only lacking a cutting board. The microwave was placed over the refrigerator=a very strange placement making it impossible for anyone but an NBA player to use without having to employ a stool. I had asked Michael if there was a booklet with information on the apartment's appliances and general information about the area. All apartments that I had previously rented in Paris had one. The manager said no, but that it was a good idea. In fact there were two-one in English and one in French. Unfortunately, the booklets were in the utility room-not out on a counter and we only found them the last day, The booklets did not,however, have instructions for the washing machine. We were able to use the washing system but not the drying
