About this house rental

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath ranch home features brand-new everything! It's newly remodeled with modern kitchen, bathrooms, floors, etc for the utmost in comfort. It's luxury living and ready to be enjoyed by families and couples who will treat it respectfully. Indoors there's an open floor plan with modern kitchen, a sitting area with fireplace, and family room accessible through an authentic barn door that slides open or closes for privacy. The living area has views and two separate sliders to the beautiful backyard which features an outdoor grill, large sectional sofa, and farm house table for alfresco dining. This is modern comfort with wine country charm!

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Napa/Sonoma! It was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxed trip. It was a great location and very clean!I do want to mention that it is wheelchair accessible in the house, but there are steps up to front door, back deck and garage entry. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place that worked perfectly for our long weekend with friends in Sonoma. VERY quiet and nice little neighborhood. The back yard was beautiful! Thank you, Kate, for your great communication as well!

Lovely home just perfect for our small girls trip. Close enough to where we wanted to be, and if the weather had been better on our trip, we would have loved to use the outdoor space.
