We’re talking about a family room with a record player and ample provided games. Outside, you’ll find covered dining and lounge spaces, a super sleek fire pit, a pool, hot tub, and some red hot decor. Best part of it all? There are many, many surfaces to drink local wine on. Hang out responsibly!
Known for its vineyards, local cuisine, and nature parks, Sonoma County (45 minutes from San Francisco) offers a wide array of activities for those looking to retreat from city life. World-class spas provide relaxation after a day of hiking in the Redwoods. A tour at a local winery is a must, followed by a farm-to-table dinner in town. While unwinding is certainly the attitude in Sonoma, activities like horseback riding, hot-air ballooning, and kayaking attract those looking for a little adventure. In the evening, watch the sunset over the vineyards and rolling hills, wine glass in hand.

- Please note that no outdoor amplified sound is allowed at this home.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (April 1 - October 31).
- Please note that the wood hot tub on the deck is not for guest use.
- Please note that if opting in for pool heat, heater capacities cannot heat both the pool and spa simultaneously. It will need to be changed back and forth when desired.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note the lights under the pergolas are inoperable as they are not wired to electricity.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note that the landscaping is done on this property every Friday between 8 am and 12 pm.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.
- The speaker system is not available for guest use. There is a record player next to the fireplace in the living room that the guests can use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Gr8 5BR property at high quality location in Sonoma, quality furnishings and over the top outdoor space: pool, chaise lounges, seating areas, fire pit, decks, bar, fire pit, grassy area too, surrounded by trees for ambiance. One problem, WiFi sign ons don't work reliably and once signed in, it kicks users off. Might as well not have WiFi.

The Marquee lived up to it's pictures and description!
The estate is beautifully maintained...inside and out.
We had all the amenities, especially in the kitchen, that we
needed to pull off a spectacular 80th birthday dinner for
the 10 of us!
Thank you for allowing us to stay at this gorgeous home.

The property did not disappoint. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of room to gather, relax and celebrate. The backyard is beautiful and the location is central to wine tasting and restaurants. We would return.

We came to celebrate our daughter’s 30th birthday with her friends. The house is spacious and so comfortable. The back area layout is wonderful and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I would stay here again if in Sonoma with a group.
