Come unwind in this beautifully styled 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo, perfectly located within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and premier shopping.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The living room includes two twin Murphy beds for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and access to a private 5th-floor balcony overlooking the Laguna Madre Bay on the north side of the island. During the summer months, enjoy the views of weekend fireworks, along with breathtaking sunsets year-round.
The bathrooms have been tastefully updated with elegant tile and quartz vanities. The primary bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, while the second bathroom features a walk-in glass shower.
Upstairs on the second level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, glassware, bakeware, and cutlery, plus a Keurig (pod-compatible) with a traditional coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The dining area comfortably seats six, and a large kitchen island provides additional space for gathering. This level also includes a half bath and a laundry/pantry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, loveseat, two swivel chairs, and a 55” flat-screen TV. Step out onto the balcony to take in views toward the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the sun with ample seating, sip your morning coffee while watching a beautiful South Padre Island sunrise or enjoy summer fireworks in the evening from your bedroom balcony.

Rental Policies:
• ALL March, Semana Santa, Easter, and 4th of July rentals with any occupants under 25 must have a parent or custodial guardian present for the entire stay. The primary renter must be 25 years or older.
• 4-night minimum stay required during the 4th of July.
• Off-season last-minute weekend getaways may qualify for a seasonal discount—contact us for details.
Hurricane / Tropical Storm Policy:
Refunds will not be issued unless the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation of South Padre Island due to a tropical storm or hurricane warning. In such cases, any unused portion of the registered guest’s Property Use Fee will be refunded.

The code that was given to us to get through the vehicle gate did not work and Jaime seemed to want to deem it my fault. I know how to read - when you give me a code that is 12 numbers long, but the gate only takes 4-digit codes, you’ve given me the wrong code. Other than that, the place was fabulous. The trash drawer was a bit wonky, but everything else was great.Awesome view, with just a short walk on the property to the ocean!! That was amazing.

Overall the condo is great, spacios and comfortable for the 6 people in my party. Great location, gulf view, private walking path to the beach, close to restaurants and other attractions. I dropped one star because the dishwasher didn’t work during my stay and we had to do dishes by hand. The owner was aware and responsive and sent a maintenance team but they couldn’t fix the problem and since it was a short stay the dishwasher wasn’t fixed during my stay.

Very clean. Especially the public restrooms and we were pleasantly surprised about that.Also, the security guard heloed me with a temporary parking permit. But a vehicle was towed from parking garage and we had to listen to the car alarm for like 30 minutes at 11:15 p.m. that was the only negative.
